Confidentiality and Anti-Retaliation
We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your identity to the fullest extent possible. You will not be
retaliated against for making a good-faith report, even if the allegations are not confirmed.
What to Include in Your Report

A detailed description of the suspected wrongdoing, including dates, times, and locations (if known).

Any documents or evidence you have to support your report.
Investigation Process
All reports will be promptly investigated by a qualified and independent team. You will be kept informed of the
progress of the investigation to the extent possible, while maintaining confidentiality.
